97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. 

Yes. Our shipping prices are based on discounted flat rates. You only have to pay a part of the full shipping price.

We provide free shipping on orders over $100 USD. No matter the destination.

You will get an email with a tracking number, which can be used to check out the current state of your order. Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn't necessarily mean the shipment is lost.

It is rare but possible. Depending on your order destination and fulfillment location, you might have to pay customs fees. The fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, etc.

PRODUCTs

We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.

To ensure the sustainability of production, we do not mass produce. Each order is custom made.

* DTG printing on poly and tri-blend fabrics will have a more vintage feel.

Washing: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. 
Bleach: Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
Tumbler: Tumble dry low or hang-dry for the longest life.
Ironing: Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

No! We only use checked high-Quality Printing Colours. All materials are scientifically checked and do not contain any health risks. 

Each item is printed with suitable printing methods to match its material. Our most common method is Direct to Garment (DTG). With DTG printing, a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology.

PAYMENT

We currently accept credit card payments and PayPal. More payment methods will be added in the future. All payment methods are operated with official third-party services to guarantee safe and anonymous data transactions. 

All currencies supported by your PayPal and credit card provider are accepted.
The default currency is US Dollars. Orders will be processed in USD.

. After your purchase you will get an email with your receipt and once the item is sent out, you receive an email with the tracking number.

Returns and exchanges


We offer a 30 days return option on non-customized products. No questions asked. After the return, you have to options:
1. Change to your perfect size - with us, your clothes will fit you. Every time.
2. Get the full order value comfortably refunded.


Yes. Send it back and get your new size immediately. Only possible for not customized items.


No. We pay for the shipping fees.


If you encounter any problems with the product, please fill out the return from before sending the item back. 

All Products are sent with a return-address already on the packaging. We take care of the shipping costs.
