Return Policy summary
1. We allow returns for 30 days after the order was placed. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we don't allow returns anymore.
2. Returns are only possible for non-customized products.
3. The products have to be in the same quality as you received them. If not, you might not get all money credited back, to compensate for the damage.
4. We do not refund shipping prices.
5. Shipping costs for returns are paid on our behalf. No matter from where or what is returned.

2. Fill out the Return form above. Faulty items can not be returned with this form.

4. If eligible: Every package has a return label to our production facilities already in it. If it is missing, mention it in the form. The return label should cover all previous shipping Infos.

5. Once the items arrive, you will receive the refund/exchange.
