Shipping
We create products on-demand to guarantee freshest quality and sustainability in production. Therefore we take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, etc.). Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depend on product type and destination. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Delivery times are only guidelines, not a guarantee.
Average shipping times can be found in the map below. Please note that we charge you for shipping based on flat rates. Prices are calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight and size of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
Tracking
No matter the destination, all our shipping methods have a tracking function. Although this makes shipping more expensive on our behalf, we want to ensure that we can minimize the risk of lost freight. After you placed an order, we start the fulfillment process. Once done, you receive an e-mail including the tracking number. Tracking is free.
